Shell opens state-of-the-art lubricants blending plant in China
Shell Lubricants today announced the start-up of its newest lubricants complex in Asia to meet growing demand in China. With a production capacity of 200 million litres a year, and the potential for a phased development to 400 million litres a year, the complex could become one of Shell’s top three lubricants blending plants worldwide in volume terms.

Shell partners with Chinese companies in making coal gasification equipment
Beijing, 9 September 2009: Shell Global Solutions International B.V. (Shell) has qualified three Chinese companies for the manufacture of key equipment for the Shell Coal Gasification Process (SCGP), in order to make the Shell technology more competitive in the Chinese market.

Shell retains position as leading international supplier of lubricants in China
Beijing, 31 August, 2009: For the third consecutive year, Shell has been named the number one global lubricants supplier – selling more lubricants in 2008 than any other supplier in the world. Shell also retained its position as the leading international supplier of lubricants in China, according to research conducted by Kline & Company.
